Refund & Exchange Policy – Zareva

At zareva, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Once the returned item reaches us, the exchange will be processed within 3 working days, subject to product availability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange

📦 Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

🛠️ Exchange for Defective Products

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, Nooraya offers a free exchange.

To initiate the process:

  1. Capture clear photos highlighting the defect

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  3. Email the photos along with your exchange request to alihussain215930203@gmail.com

  4. Our support team will share the return address

  5. Ship the parcel via any courier service of your choice

Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed promptly.

📌 Important Notes

  • Free exchanges are applicable only for verified manufacturing defects

  • For all other exchanges or returns, shipping charges must be borne by the customer
